Glen Hiller

Glen grew up on a farm south of Chicago. In his twenties, Glen started his own Trucking and Excavating business, he ran this business for 10 years before selling it and relocating to Alabama in 2008. Glen met his wife Laura here and they now have twin girls, Alice and Isobel.

In November 2012, Glen began his insurance career with his Farmers Insurance office. In 2018, Glen left Farmers Insurance and started Stronghold Insurance, an independent insurance agency. Glen’s area of specialty is working with Business owners and helping them develop a Business Insurance Plan that will serve them best as their business grows and develops. Glen is passionate about finding the proper coverage and company for all of his clients’ needs based on income, education and assets, whether it is personal or commercial clients. Not every company is right for every client. This is exactly WHY Glen founded Stronghold Insurance. Customers need versatility without having to shop around for a new agent with every change life brings them.

Tim Randle

Tim is an army veteran with a career in aviation and intelligence. He transitioned to financial services 20 years ago and has since earned his Certified Financial Planner(tm) marks. He further sought the ability to deliver risk management and mortgage solutions because he wanted to make sure his clients had the best opportunities possible. He is also avid college football fan who is a graduate of Appalachian State with a daughter (Maggie) at Auburn, and a baseball fan with a son (Sam) making the most of his little league days. When not working or taking care of kids, Tim and his wife (of over 20 years!) Carly enjoy movie nights and trips to the beach.

Chris Hastings

Chris received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management from Auburn University. He began his career in Financial Services in the secondary lending market, matching the correct loan products with the correct credit and ancillary insurance products to his customers. Throughout the leadership roles Chris has held, he has always brought a high level of customer service and personal accountability to his positions. Chris joined the Stronghold Team in 2018 as an agent. Chris holds his Property and Casualty Insurance License and is here to assist you with your home, auto, and commercial insurance needs.
